Reset my Ipad

I forgot my apple ID and reset my ipad.Jeg can not download the software for my iPad when I do not have free space on it.
What can I do ?? everything must be deleted

Have you tried all possible email addresses that could have been used by you as your Apple ID?

I can not remember it, probably mistyped.
Just want to erase everything and start anew.

If your iPad is asking for your Apple ID and password before erasing the iPad, there's no way to bypass that requirement. If you can't remember your Apple ID and the Apple site I linked to doesn't help there's only one chance left. If you can convince apple that you're the original owner of the iPad they may be able to help you. There are no guarantees, though.

Can I empty my ipad for picture in DFU mode ??
It can not restore the factory because disk is full

That's not possible. There's no way around iCloud's Activation Lock.
