Remove DRM from ipad apps

Guys does anyone how to remove the DRM from apps synched with itunes. My ipad 3 won't sync apps from itubes, says 'Install failed' after copying the app from itunes. I think its a DRM thing. How do I circumvent this? (the apps synched with itunes were from my ipad 2 (jailbroken)

running ipad 3, ios 5.1, non jailbroken.

There is no legal way to remove the DRM from an app.

However, couldn't you just go to the App Store on your iPad3 and install the app you had on your iPad2? As long as you are using the same Apple ID, you won't get charged again.
