Does anyone know an app out there anywhere that will stop the reloading of web pages when they set for a few min in the tabs? It really makes me made when I sign into an account and it kicks me out when I go back to it bc it reloads when you close it!!!!!!!!

It only reloads due to memory constraints so no tweak will help. Try closing as many apps from the multitasking switcher as possible, and keep the number of open safari page tabs as low as you practically can.
That will enable the pages you do have open to stay in RAM and not reload.
