Regarding 3G

My iPad is 3G and wi fi. But can not connect 3 G in Bangladesh. How can I use mobile service? Please help me any one.

OK - do you have a SIM card in the iPad? Can you see any 3G signal on the iPad menu bar - let us know and we'll try and help.

No I don't have I pad sim. Yes in the mobile service it's showing no service. I am in Dhaka Bangladesh. My cell number +8801713243560
