Recommendation for some useful Jailbreak iPad Apps

So the title says it all...
What are your picks for the best jailbreak apps?

There are many great ones..
Backgrounder(for multitasking), WinterBoard(additonal customization), MyWi(tether iphone 3G to iPad)..i also like SNES hd(works as a nintentendo emulator)
There are some other great suggestions on jailbreak ipad apps that you might find interesting as well..
