Prompted on my iPad to update in settings. So I did last nite and now downloaded apps will not launch. Need help

Hi there-close all the apps that re running. Usually, when apps start acting up like that it is best to close them out.

Force the app to quit by pushing the home button twice or a 4-finger swipe upward to bring up your multi-task bar. This will show all the apps that you have visited. Long pressthe app in question, it will begin to jiggle-press the red circle with the negative sign on the app. It will only quit the app and not delete. Than try to re-open the app and test out.
