I called apple and it stated "order in process" what does that mean

That they are still processing ur order and hasn't been completed yet. Expect a delay on online ordering of ipad2 as theynhave been selling like hotcakes. They are running out andmhave to manufacture more of them, therefore delaying online orders by 2-3 weeks, at least.
