Hi guys. New here. Am researching for a friend living in country. I installed a modem and wifi router about 1/4 mile from their house. They can get about 3M on their IMac and can get Netflix streaming on TV but zilch signal on iPhone and iPad 2. I found a booster (bearextender) on the web that claims to boost signal on the desktop to reach the I device. Anyone familiar with this technology? Thanks

Marc...I just deleted your other post as it was a duplicate of this one. Please do not do this since it makes it hard for other members to read and help you of there are multiple threads of the same topic present. It is also against forum rules.

Edit...I have now moved your post to its own thread where you'll get better attention.
