Question about old account

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not.

I became a member on here back when the first ipad came out. I hadn't been on here in a few years, and I forgot my password to my old username.

I did the forgot password thing, and checked every mail folder I have, and it never came. Tried it a few times.

Is there a different way I can get my old password and username?
