When I looked into what resources I could get for my iPad from my local public library system, it turned out that I could access ebooks and audiobooks while videos were off limits to iPad (downloadable to my PC only but can't transfer to iPad).

    1) What can you access onto your iPad from your local library system?

    2) Does anyone know of any library system that you can access from out of its locality?

Nope. You have to digitally "return" as with any library materials. I'm not interested in keeping anything from a public library, anyway. What I'm after is just greater access to what is quite limited in terms of what's available. Videos, for instance. I don't get the reason why they don't allow the use on your iPad.
