Recently I returned from a vacation in the Caribbean and took my iPad with me. In several places (Roatan, Costa Maya for example) free Wifi was offered at various locations. However I was not able to connect, nor we're other with Apple products (iPhone), yet those with Samsung, Sony, or other PC-type devices could connect. We were given passwords, and the iPad (and iPhones) detected the signal, but the "circulating wheel" at the upper left of the iPad just kept spinning.

Anybody know why this is? Why can Android-type products connect but not Apple products? This happened at several stops on my cruise and nobody knew why.
