A couple of friends have a new ipad and were having problems with email accounts and downloading. Between them they have 2 virgin email accounts and 1 bt Internet account. I have set up all 3 accounts, all 3 send emails correctly and 2 of them receive emails correctly. The third, one of the 2 virgin accounts, was showing emails from over a year ago but is not downloading recent emails. They are both downloading correctly to their respective phones. The 2 virgin email accounts are both set up identically on the iPad so why is 1 account downloading correctly and the other not downloading? Incidentally, it is reporting that it has updated. Can anyone make any suggestions of anything further I can check? Thanks for any help.
