problem with zagg keyboard for ipad2 keys popping off

I too looove my keyboard but am having problems with keys popping off and random keys not working. Please help, as my son needs it for school and is working on a very important research paper!!

I know nothing of keyboards but this doesn't sound good. Would it still be under warranty?
