Problem with unlocking

I have recently downloaded the weather app 'WeatherNow'. When I try to unlock the 15 day forecast I get a message that reads. Purchases. In-app purchases are not allowed. Any advice please?????.

Have you checked in Settings>General>Restrictions, to make sure that in app purchases are turned on. If they're not, you will get the message you received when you try to make an in app purchase.
