Problem with „netatalk„ and "Net Talk Toggle"

[TD="class: alt1, bgcolor: #FAFAFA"]I installed netatalk and the Net Talk Toggle (SBSettings Toggle)
on my 4S. Sadly i have a pretty annoying problem with this combination
though:

When i turn netatalk off via the SBSettings toggle, and return to
the SBSettings screen shortly after, the toggle appears active again
(although netatalk isn't really active, as i can simply check by looking at my
Finder).
To turn netatalk on again, i first have to deactivate the toggle and then activate it again.

So it basically gives me a false reading of netatalk's status.
Anyone knows a fix for that?
