Problem with Apple id...

My problem is:when i try to do the id
1 the CPU try selection
2.1 your section has timed out please try again later(and i try again later too...
2.2 contract with Apple
3G your section has timed out please try again

This is my situation help me

I said something wrong:it'not the CPU it's the:
1 the country selection
2 it' not 3g it's just 3

Apple has had problems connecting last 3 days for downloads and logging in
This isnjust my experience so everything now is working for me
