Hey, does anyone know if there is an app that will allow me download PowerPoint into it so I can take notes on it like "Kno" does with PDF files?

Why not convert the Power Point to PDF and use it with Kno.

Pages will import a PPT and it can then save it as a PDF. I'm pretty sure any of the other office suite apps can do the same thing, with DropBox integration to make it easier.

Use SlideGo to export it as ibooks. It retains all animations, sound effects, videos, hyperlinks...
