To take a screenshot, press Home and Power button simultaneously for a short time. You'll hear a shutter sound, and find the picture in the Photos app afterwards.

Then tap "Upload A File" on this site, when you want to answer. It's next to "Post Reply".

The next popup will allow you to "Choose (a) File".

Tap it, select "Photo Library"

and choose the screenshot you just took.

It will start loading. When it's finished, you'll find a small picture of the screenshot below "Post Reply", and "Thumbnail" and "Full Image" next to it.

Select "Full Image", which will add the picture to your post. Then post your reply.
