If you have been gaming during the late 1990s, then you will probably remember the popular RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise. Nowadays, more and more “oldie†video games get remade or ported to iOS and it seems that this will be the case with RollerCoaster Tycoon game, as well. Atari has confirmed on the original game’s landing page that it is working on a mobile version of RollerCoaster Tycoon which will be coming soon to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users
RollerCoaster Tycoon is a construction and management simulation game which allowed you to manage your own amusement park. To make your park as profitable as possible, you had to build custom roller coasters and other attractions. At the moment we don’t know if the iOS mobile version will be just a port or a enhanced edition with new features.
RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile will feature 20 pre-designed roller coasters and other rides, and will also allow you to invite friends to visit your park and also to exchange coaster blueprints. The mobile game is set for an ‘early spring launch,’ and it could come in between $5 and $10 or for free but with in-app purchases.
