Poor vid qual on youtube ipad3

Are you letting the video buffer? If your internet isn't fast enough it may not fully buffer the full HD quality when you watch it.

The vid starts by itself, whenever the buffer is loaded.
it plays only hd vids, whenever it is connected via wifi...
When not connected via wifi, the 4g speed is more than adequate for streaming hd vids...

??? eehh what? the video quality is 320 dpi'isch when using 3/4G connection, and with wifi is is 1080p....

Streaming video on 3/4G will burn through a data plan in no time. 3G maybe too so....4g is more than fast enough, but few people have unlimited 4g plans.

Yes, with that kind of plan you do. I have no idea why. Sounds as if someone might be throttling the speed on 4G.
