Hello everyone, I just registered on this forum by what I big problem with my ipad model 6414 since yesterday I started the update logitiel but it fails to load or setting a day or to put off, please help me, I have all my data in

There's no iPad model 6414.

Use recovery mode to update your device: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414

If you have a recent backup (iCloud or iTunes), you'll be able to restore it from that backup afterwards.
