Playing videos on ipad2

Whenever I play a video and any video it keeps stopping every couple of secs and I have to keep pressing play. Is this normal. I've got the standard os that shipped with ipad2. And only happens when watching videos via the Internet.

It's probably rebuffering, happens a lot when your Internet connection speed is too low.

I've only seen that with a super slow

internet connection. Rarely with 3G and never with wifi.

It happens to me all the time. Doesn't matter the source and across many wifi spots that show a strong signal.
