Settings/General/Reset/Reset Network Settings.
It's an authentication error and if multiple sites are returning the error it likely is a carrier issue with your account settings. If the above doesn't help and you are one 3G connection contact your carrier.
If it were a single site I would suspect the site that has the problem and that it will clear itself up in time.
