PDF in iCloud

I am looking for a way to keep several very large PDF documents between my pc, MacBook air, iPad and iPhone in sync. I annotate these PDF's at least once a day. Trying to upload and download them through Dropbox in iannotate every time i change something is taking to much time and effort. Is anyone using a pdf annotation app that is connected to iCloud and can sync like "Pages"? I need something like iannotate so i can underline highlight, write text, and insert charts or images in many colors and fonts.

The latest version of GoodReader can annotate PDF documents and is fully iCloud compatible.
