Password

    My friend has big problems with her password and Apple. A message says the password is not recognised and, despite choosing a new password which is accepted, it is once again not recognised when put to use. This has happened multiple times and I have now run out of ideas. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Is there anyone on Apple who can help please?

    Is she making sure to put the password in with the proper upper and lowercase letters? The iPad (and Apple) see a difference in "PassWord" and "password" - with the different capitalization.

    If all that is correct, I can only suggest you contact Apple support. We are only a private forum full of iPad enthusiasts - we are not affiliated with Apple in way. Sorry.

    Yes, checked the upper, lower, case letters etc. Will contact support if I can find them. Many thanks for your reply.
