How can we get my passwords back

Just to get started, please provide us more information: 1) What model iPad (or other devices - be specific) are you using; 2) What iOS is installed; and 3) What password(s) are you concerned about, e.g. password to sign onto your device, passwords in an app, passwords online such as in Keychain.

Also, are you using iCloud to sync your devices and did this happened after an iOS update/upgrade? Dave

Unless you can remember the restrictions passcode, the only way to get past it is to do a factory restore on your iPad. There are no work-arounds or methods to discover or recover the passcode. You'll have to set up your iPad as a new iPad without using any backup that was made after you set up the restrictions passcode. Unfortunately, this means that you'll lose all data on your iPad.
