pass code bypass

I have an ipad which is locked by a passcode which i don't have.
I know it sound odd but this is the truth, i had it returned to me from lost propperty. I found it and handed it in thinking it would be claimed and forgot about it. After 6 months the lost property office returned it to me. But I cant access it can anybody help ???

Best bet would be to restore it. Failing that talk to Apple.

Ipad has not been available for 6 months, this sounds kind of fishy.

If you had the ipad setup with a Mobile me acocunt you can log into mobile me and reset its pass code.


other than that there is no other way to get the pass code or unlock the ipad. You can perform a full restore but you will also loose all data on the ipad.
