Paperport notes

Hi, I have been using paper port notes for a long time now without any problems, until the other say when i was uploading some notes to dropbox, and it came up with an error message telling me that my library couldn't be accessed and I the document couldn't be saved! It said to go to the knowledge base but I haven't had any luck on there, just wondering if somebody on here could help me out? Thanks!
