Paid app features not reinstalling

I had brought additional animations in Talking Tom 2 and Talking Ben. Similar enhancements purchased in other apps. Today I had to do a fresh reinstall and setup my pad as new. After the restore, the apps came in but those paid enhancements did not. Tried reinstalls and resyncs but no luck so far. I am still looking but any thoughts? Thanks.

It happened to me a while ago. I just had to re-buy the feature, and then the AppStore said that it was already bought and the feature would activate without charging me for a second time...
