Ok I'm new to this forum but I see apple heads and I need help

I have a jail broken 64 gab iPad mini and I can put music on my device so I was going to restore and put music on it and re jailbreak it but I can't restore without updating and I'm so stuck help me please.....

I'm going to assume you mean you can NOT put music on your Mini ... ?

What happens, or doesn't happen, when you try to put music on the Mini? Are you using iTunes? That's the best way to put music on the iPad.

We need to try to figure out your issue because you are right, you cannot restore without upgrading [to iOS 6.1.3] - which will cause you to lose your jail break.
