Ufering so much from pc promlems
The simplicity of mac and the has nearly no viruses is so tempting
Mac is more expensive
Dont know if to splurge or buy the weak version
Home use
Want to game, but never realy try
Any reasons not to move to mac besides the price and no games availble ?
Laptop the small one the real one is too expensive, more them twice than laptop
Or the mini mac?
I have lcd screan alredy
So its one point to computer not laptop
The scren on thr cheap laptops is tiny
?
Confused

I'm a pc guy as well. Never tried a Mac. If the laptops are anything like the iPad regarding performance and reliabilty I'd do it in a heartbeat.

If you suffer viral problems like the way it sounds you do on your pc, then you're either not taking adequate protection, being responsible enough, or visiting too many 'dodgy' web sites ;)

I'm on the web 24/7 for the last 20+ years on my pc's and, touch wood, can't ever remember suffering a virus issue that's ever even amounted to a (small) hill of beans.

On the mac side of your post - you'll probably fall in love with which ever mac you buy. They're ALL awesome. Different than using a pc of corse, and needs a bit of getting used to. But quality costs.

I still like to run bootcamp through my mac so I get the best of both pc and mac boots.

Just reinstall your OS and start new.

After using the iPad and loving it, I'm actually considering making the move because of iCloud. I like that everything could be seamless between all of my devices. I recently replaced my PC due to a virus that shut down my computer in minutes. Only thing that kept me from Mac at the time was cost. Next time, I'll prob go mac.

well...what ever you decide on getting... you should get a spell checker as your first new app or new software purchase

If you still have the old PC try installing a Linux distribution on it. Linux is safer than windows, might not be as secure as Mac, but I have used Linux as my main PC OS for almost 10 years and to my knowledge I have never had a virus.
