Notes not syncing to my Mac

My iPad Notes are not syncing to my Mac. I have them enabled on both ends and have logged into my iCloud account but to no avail.

Any help?

Based on my testing, it looks like the servers are still severly overloaded with new users. It has taken up to 12 hours for any changes made on my iPhone 5S to reach my iPad 3 or iMac across any of the iCloud modules.
