notes and fonts

I'm looking for a way to type my notes with the ability to enlarge the text. I've tried the freebies.. Notes & Evernote.., but the only way to enlarge the text to my knowledge is tap w/ three fingers. Doing this "also Enlarges the keyboard, which I don't need to do. I just want the text larger.... it's so small. Especially in Notes, yuck

question: Will Pages (9.99) do what I want? Or can I change the font in Notes or Evernote?
