Hi, I'm new to the forums. I'm after an app for the iPad that does all/most of the following:

Allows me to create word processed documents and notes
Allows me to use a stylus for handwriting notes
Allows me to import and annotate PDF's
Allows me to organise the documents by folders, and then either subfolders or something similar,
Preferably allows synchronisation between iPad, iPhone and mac

I've tried Dropbox but I don't want to have to "open in", edit, delete the original and reupload documents every time I edit. I've also been using note taker HD which is almost exactly what I want, although its word processing is limited, it doesn't have subfolders and it doesn't have synchronisation. I've also looked at Evernote but I'm not sure how it would work in terms of being able to group documents together, and whether or not I would have to "open on" and reupload documents every time I edit them. Is there an app out there that does all of the above? I'm a student so I take notes in different ways and use PDF's a lot, so I really an app that can do everything without having to switch between 3/4 apps depending on what format the document I am using is in.

Thanks in advance for any help, I appreciate it :)

I have the same need. I receive WORD templates (as an auditor) that require typed text and handwritten notes. I would like an app that allows for both of those actions to take place via the iPad. I'm willing to compromise regarding my needs but really don't want to have to use 3-4 different software applications to accomplish typing and writing on the same document.

Any input would be appreciated!!!
