Not able to synch

    Hi guys, my husband has an iPad still under warranty and is unable to synch either on his Dell (don't ask!) or my MacBook. He has tried rebooting the iPad but no luck. Any suggestions?

    Need more details. What is it doing/not doing when he tries to connect it to the computer(s)?

    The problem is solved! He made a Genius appointment and as it was under warranty they just replaced it.

    Good. It sounded like hardware, but I couldn't be sure without hearing more. Glad it worked out.
