Newest I Tune software won't load (need for The Daily)

Just got the I Pad yesterday. The newest software has 551.4 MB. It downloads successfully to 551.3 MB's, and then says it encountered an error.

Any simple solution?

Thanks. I solved it by disabling my spyware temporarily. It loaded.
