I've had my iPad for a few months now, and the only problem I've had is with the Edit User Dictionary. Last month I was on the phone for an hour and a half and finally got it going. The the other day, I added a word into the dictionary, and BOOM, all the words I added suddenly disappeared, and the option to add new ones was gone. So I get back on the horn for another hour, and their only help was to set an appointment at the Apple Store. I went there and they were no help. They said go home, download the newest version, then reset my iPad, which as anyone who had to ever do it knows its a huge pain in the ass. it worked, but I never should have gone through all the BS just to get one simple option taken care of. This is not the last they've heard of this either.
