Where do I find the "New Posts" button..?

Under the Quicklinks tab, upper right hand side of this forum page (right next to Logout link).

Instead of new post try using the Active Topics button. It's what I use all the time so I can see the latest posts that have just come in.

This makes me think, yet again, of a question: What IS the difference between "New Posts" and "Active Topics"? Anyone know?
