Hello! My name is Jeanie. I have an IPhone 4s and the new IPAD. When I first found this forum I was looking for an answer to see which would be the better EBook reader for the IPAD. I am fixing to start taking some online classes and I have the choice between PDF an EPUB, but I think after reading some threads I decided to go with PDF because I can also print them and EPUB you don't get that option.

I'm sure I will be back for more answers to questions the more I use the IPAD.

Thanks and have a great day!!

Hi Jeanie...I would tend to go with PDF as well, since it is very readily used. For your purpose of obtaining documents in .PDF, you will have the ability to print off if needed. If you have any of the apps that allow for you to annotate a PDF is even better. Those apps allow for you to highlight and make notes right on your PDF doc.

I use a few, Adobe, iAnnotate, Goodreader and also Evernote.

Hope that helps and Welcome as well!
