I've joined iPad forum because it seems to be the most helpful support for new users of iPad2 - like me, and do I need it!! Thanks for that.

I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

iPad problem

Hi Tim,

It's good to hear from you so soon.

I ended up contacting Apple and they RANG me within one minute!! How's that for service???

All I had to do to stop the little wheel was to press the sleep button at the back of the iPad with the open button (ie at the same time) - for about 15 seconds. Apparently this rebooted the iPad and hey presto! she works, with the original problem gone.
