New Apple TV Rumor Suggests Partnership with ComCast for Streaming Live TV

    There is a new rumor making its way across the web today suggesting that Apple plans to partner with ComCast to offer live TV for the Apple TV. Specifically, the program the two tech titans are currently negotiating is called "Project Jupiter." Its ultimate goal is to give Apple TV the ability to stream of live TV and cloud DVR recordings over a "managed connection" and avoid last-mile bottlenecks.

    This is basically the same thing ComCast does with its video on-demand to the Xbox 360 app. Supposedly...

      Unfortunately this most likely will be USA only.

      It would be unwise for Apple to team up with Comcast. Comcast is largely viewed in a negative light by the public.
