I am an international medical student and this app would be GREATLY appreciated.. I've looked everywhere and have found nothing.. any link or upload would be AWESOME!!

This app is available in the App Store for $89.99. Or, there is a free sample version, to see if you like it. Again, it's in the App Store.

I am sure you don't mean that you are looking for a link to downgrade it for free off the internet, right? Cause that would be piracy and as such is completely against forum rules and policy.
