need to delete yahoo converstaions on ipad2

Cant figure out how to delete my yahoo conversations on the ipad2... i deleted them on my pc.. but they are still stored on the ipad2.. there is no option for deleting them there & it makes no sense that they are there.... any input would be helpful.

Hurray! I am answering my own questions after much to do with the apple people back & forth all day... finally a smart girl figured it out. In order to remove those message conversations stored... u must go to safari in the settings, then clear the cache & history. Yay!

You need to clear cache and cookies too.
