need help!!!

I'm Traci new to this site...I have an I pad 2 but it's wifi only...I have a prepaid cell att can't get the hotspot plan and my credit stinks...but does anyone know how to get wifi for my tablet with no contracts and can pay monthly plan. I have no cable or internet just wanting the wifi

Hi Traci--I own a virgin mobile broadband mifi device which is pay as you go. No contracts. Whenever I need to use my hotspot, such as a vacation, I just buy data. Typically, I buy $20 for 1Gb to use within 30 days. It seems to do well for me when I go on vacation.

A mifi would seem the best choice as Skimonkey has mentioned. Most phone carriers have these, there is an up front charge for the device and then you can arrange for a prepaid sim for it and just pay as you go or when you want it.
