My iPad-4 doesn't work after the latest update tonight, 19 Feb. It prompted me to connect it to iTunes and then it needed to be restored. I tried doing this 3 times and it failed all 3 times! I updated iTunes after my first attempt failed, but I'm still having issues. I'm new to Apple products and just bought a new iPad, Macbook Pro and an iPhone - I thought this stuff (bugs) didn't happen to Apple products - that's why I dumped my PC and jumped in with both feet for Apple. Please help me get my iPad back up and working again, guys. Thank You!!
