my documents will not open under docs to go app?

I use this app daily and it is now not working. I tried the reset and that did not work. Getting this error message "An unexpected error occured: 0xfffffffd." The doc doesnt even open/download in the email even before i try to open in Docs to go now that i think about it.
any assistance is appreciated!
