Music sleep timer

I would like to know if there is way I can set a timer, so when falling asleep listing to music, have it shut off in a certain time that choose??

I use The Clock App. It's pretty similar to the clock that came standard with my Touch. I like it, and it was only a buck or two. I had a question about it and they responded the same day.
