Missing one day each year in the Calendar

Your screenshot shows Thursday as first day of the week. If it's set to Monday, it should look like this:

I wonder what else isn't working as it should.

I see that it's a new iPad. If possible take it to the next Apple store, let it check there. If it's not possible to solve the issue, you might get a replacement there.

When you open the Weeks view, it generally starts on Monday or Sunday (depending on your regional settings); but you can scroll the days by by slowly swiping left. I assume this is what Rufels did in order to get the split week view in the screen shot.

@Rufels, I'm wondering, try going to Settings > General > International and changing your Regional Format to the United States, or some other country (be sure to pick a language you know). See if the problem is still there. Then go back to your own region and see what happens.
