Missing d3dx9_31.dll any idea?

Hello guys,

Missing d3dx9_31.dll when i triing to run vanguard in vista..!! what should i do??

i just installed vista in another drive , i want to go try some software
but most of the software just doesn't work

In not positive, but I think that is the DirectX driver. Try downloading and installing directX on your pc
