Messaging

I have an iPhone and iPad and the messages are linked together, but they only show up on both devices when they're both connected to the same Wi-Fi network.So anyway I had left my iPad with a friend accidentally and I spent the day with my cousin during the time it was over there and my cousin had my phone. When I got home I had both devices and I started reading the messages sent to a friend of mine that I did not send. They were only on my iPad not my phone I talked to my cousin she swear ed she didn't send them and my friend said she didn't and I don't think somebody hacked it because they used the name of my cousin. So I'm lost...........

Somebody that had access to your iPad must have sent the messages.

It was only with one person the day it was sent and she said she didn't do it.
